Turkish Cuisine is a mixture of textures and flavors that goes back to the Ottoman Empire, an empire that lasted 800 years and was extended to eastern Europe and Meddle East. It has the best of the Greek cuisine and the Arabic exotic flavors, mixed and balanced. The magical explosion of flavors of a melting pot, that comes from ancient recipes of great ancient cultures. That is what makes Turkish Cuisine one of the most extensive and wonderful found around the world. So, we created in San Juan, since 1998 a concept of Turkish food served fast. It is casual, easy dinning, an everyday easy menu, and yet authentic. We hope you enjoy your visit every time.
Chef Serdar Akpinar was born and raised in Ankara, Turkey. His origins inspired his meals everyday. He worked in Hotel Marmaris, Turkey, worked with Celebrity Cruises, and worked with Chef Orhan Yegen at Deniz Restaurant in Manhattan, New York, by 1996. He moved to Puerto Rico in 1998 and started his dream: let Puerto Ricans taste and enjoy a bit of his land, putting heart and flavor into great dishes. His passion has make him have followers through the years and becoming a new success in the restaurant industry.
